Use this page to request deletion of your Swayam Rehabilitation Center mobile app account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to submit a request.

After receiving your request, Swayam may contact you at the email address below to verify that you own the account. Once verified, the account and associated personal data will be deleted. Information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security reasons may be kept only as required. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.
