Various activities and programs are conducted from time to time to help the parents of these children to overcome mental, emotional and physical stress by Swayam Multiple disabilities Children's Rehabilitation Center, Thane. ‘Vishesh Mata Aadhar Gat’ (Support Group for Special Mother) of Swayamsiddha Mahila Sangathan (self-reliant women's organization) was launched on the occasion of Women's Day. Through this support group, efforts will be made to solve the problems of mothers of special children and create moments of happiness in their lives and the lives of their children.
