We would like to introduce ourselves as, SWAYAM REHABILITATION TRUST – a seventeen years old trusted Non-Governmental Organization providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for children and adults with different disabilities and their caregivers in and around Thane such as early detection and intervention, paramedical services, remedial education, vocational training, placement and other special needs with focus on community awareness & advocacy. Our core objective of SWAYAM is to develop opportunities for persons with special abilities, to integrate them into the community by providing them appropriate employment avenues with the help of corporate sector. As we have observed a tremendous need for livelihood opportunities amongst these strata of society, especially during and after pandemic period, we are now extending our helping hand to these persons with special abilities by launching a full-fledged Placement Cell named SWAYAM UDYOG MITRA. In order to work towards this goal of inclusive hiring to be effective in corporate sector, the new placement cell of SWAYAM is seeking collaboration from all possible participants to maximize job placements of persons with special abilities.
